Macduff 2000 G&M

Vibrant fruity flavours of pineapple, banana and mango with touches of honey, vanilla, apricot and charred oak. Macduff is occasionally known as Glen Deveron and has also been bottled under the Singleton brand name.

Machrie Moor

Lots of pungent smoke, fresh citrus fruit and some rich malty notes. This is Arran's highly peated malt and pack a youthful punch.

Machrie Moor Cask Strength

The cask strength version of Arran's peated malt whisky. This packs a real punch with the alcohol and peat smoke fighting it out for attention. Powerful stuff!

Magilligan 1991 Sherry Finish Single Malt

A limited edition, unpeated malt from the Cooley distillery, matured in bourbon wood and finished in Oloroso sherry casks before bottling in 2002.

Magilligan 8 Year-Old Peated Single Malt

Glass - 35.5ml€8.50

Distilled at the Cooley Distillery for Scottish bottlers Ian Macleod & Co. Legendary whisky and beer writer Michael Jackson called this a lovely, clean, malty, easily drinkable whiskey. That sumis it up nicely. Not a huge amout of peat with this one, despite what the label says.

Magilligan Single Malt Limited Edition

Glass - 35.5ml€9.95

A special bottling for the famous old Park Avenue Liquors store on Madison Avenue, New York. This malt was distilled at Cooley in 1992 and bottled in 2006. Very hard to find these days.

Magilligan Single Malt Whiskey

Glass - 35.5ml€6.95

Rather confusingly named... it's a malt rather than a pure pot still whiskey from Macleod's. It's bourbon matured and very highly rated by whisky writer Jim Murray, who gives it a score of 91. A nicely honeyed, malty whiskey distilled at the Cooley Distillery.

Makers Mark

Rich and full bodied with nice complexity. Flavours of nut oils, malted barley, spicy rye grains, toasty oak, caramel and dried fruits.

Mannochmore 12 Year-Old Flora and Fauna

Glass - 35.5ml€11.00

A rarely seen malt, this has very pleasant biscuit and bakewell tart flavours combined with crisp malt and touches of tropical fruits.

Mellow Corn

Glass - 35.5ml€6.25

Heaven Hill is the only remaining producer of this all-American style of whisky. As mellow tasting as the name suggests.

Merry's Single Malt

Glass - 35.5ml€6.00

A double-distilled malt from the Cooley Distillery. Serge Valetin describes it as having "quite some apple, banana and gooseberry" notes.

Merrys Special Reserve

Glass - 35.5ml€5.00

A hard to find blended whiskey that carries the famous name of Merry's who were an independent whiskey bottler in Clonmel.

Michael Collins 10 Year-Old Single Malt

Glass - 35.5ml€10.00

A malt whiskey from Cooley distillery that is mainly found in the US market. An interesting mix of both peated and unpeated malt.

Michael Collins Blend

Glass - 35.5ml€8.50

A light a soft blend with malt and grain whiskeys from Cooley. Delicately fruity with touches of vanilla and ginger.

Michael Collins Malt

Glass - 35.5ml€12.00

Lighter and more delicate tasting than the colour suggests. A citrussy, orchard and tropical fruit affair with hints of boiled sweet and vanilla.

Midleton 12 Year Old German Bottling

Named after Munich newspaper 'Sueddeutsche Zeitung'. Released exclusively for the German market. Only 966 bottles made.

Midleton 15 Year-Old Irish Whiskey

From the era before the formation of Irish Distillers when the Cork Distillers Co were in charge at Midleton. This was a 'Reserve' level release and many bottles were kept for special occasions. Thankfully that means many survived for us to enjoy today!

25 Year Old single pot still, bottled for the heating company, Glendimplex, in 1998. Bottlings from this period are very usuaual as Midleton was holding tight to their whiskey stocks.
