Redbreast 12 Year-Old 1960's

Most likely from the 1960s when Redbreast came from Jameson's old Bow Street distillery. These old Redbreast have lots of rustic charm and reflect the old Dublin pot still character of the era.

Classic old Bow St Distillery whiskey bottled under the Redbreast name. Most likely from the 1970s, this has the typical grass, oil and spice flavours of the era.

Redbreast 1999 Single Cask 30087

A 16 year old single cask Redbreast. Aged in a single cask that previously held Oloroso sherry for two years. This is rich, heavy and spicy but utterly fascinating at the same time.

Rosebank 1990 Rare Old

Rosebank has been closed since 1993 and is very unlikely to reopen as most of the copperwork was stolen. Citrus fruits, banana and ripe fruits with lots of honey and sweetness. Very smooth.

Royal Brackla 1998 G&M

A distillery that is hard to find single malt bottlings from. This Royal Brackla has juicy citrus flavours with touches of strawberries, kiwis and vanilla butter cream.

Royal Lochnagar 12 Year-Old

Glass - 35.5ml€7.45

Rich and full-bodied with some exotic fruit flavours combined with light spice, caramel toffees, raisins and linseed oil.

Saint Magdalene 1982 Rare Old

Glass - 35.5ml€46.00

Delicately spicy with some touches of charred oak combined with flavours of tropical fruits, banana, apple and pear. St Magdalene closed in 1983 and is now very hard to find whiskies from the distillery.

Saint Patricks Irish Whiskey

One of the gems in Buffalo Trace Distillery's antique collection. This is a rich and syrupy straight rye with prickly fruit and spice flavours and incredible complexity.

Sazerac Rye

Vibrant, fruity and with a lip-smacking freshness and some typically prickly rye grain. This works well on its own, perhaps with just a little ice but it also makes an incredible cocktail base.
