Irishman Cask Strength 2015 Edition

Glass - 35.5ml€19.00

Only around 2,000 of these are produced in each batch. It's a vatting of bourbon-matured single pot still and malt casks selected by Bernard Walsh, owner of the Walsh Distillery in Co Carlow.

Irishman Single Malt

Glass - 35.5ml€6.25

A triple distilled malt matured in bourbon and sherry casks. Clean and crisp with withflavours of dark chocolate and brown sugar.

Irishman Single Malt First Edition

Glass - 35.5ml€10.50

An older version of Irishman's fantastic single malt. This was the first release and has an older style labelling.

Irishman Single Malt Limited Edition

Glass - 35.5ml€21.00

A nice single malt from the Walsh Whiskey people, who are building a new distillery in Co Carlow. It's sourced from a famous old distillery in Co. Antrim and is typical of that style, with some tropical fruits and vanilla oak.

Isle of Jura 10 Year-Old

Glass - 35.5ml€6.50

Lots of body for a 10 year-old whisky. This has notes of apples and pears combined with pine, sea spray, toffee and maple syrup. No peat smoke whatsoever.

Isle of Jura Prophecy

Glass - 35.5ml€11.00

This is a smoky expression of Jura with a higher peat content. Ageing in French oak has added a welcome touch of peppery spice which combines nicely with the distillery's piney character.

Jack Daniels

Glass - 35.5ml€4.95

A sweet, spicy and slightly smoky Tennessee whiskey. Great with coke, or straight from the bottle whilst on stage with Slash.

Jack Daniels Silver Select

Glass - 35.5ml€11.00

Thick and full-bodied with lots of sweet fruit characters. Flavours of bubble gum, vanilla, custard tarts, cooked apples, pine resin, oak and salted caramels.

Jack Daniels Single Barrel

Glass - 35.5ml€7.50

Rich and mouth filling with touches of toasted grains, confectionary, vanilla and toasty oak. Bottled from a single barrel which is personally chosen by the Master Distiller.

Jack Ryans 15 Year-Old Single Malt

Glass - 35.5ml€14.50

A fantastic 15 year-old single malt that is both full-flavoured and smooth to taste. Vibrant tropical and citrus fruit flavours are enhanced by some spicy, oak notes.

James MacArthur Old Masters 1992 Peated

Glass - 35.5ml€17.95

A 14-year-old peated Cooley malt bottled at cask strength in 2006. James MacArthur has been bottling single malt whiskey for over 25 years now. They specialise, like many others, in uncoloured, unfiltered, cask strength malts. And they've picked a good one here, we think, with its nice peat punch on top of vanilla and sweet malt.

Jameson 12 Year-Old 1780 1980 Bottling

Glass - 35.5ml€22.00

An old Jameson 12 year from the 1980s. This could be from the Bow St era, but the old Powers distillery and new Midleton also made whiskey destined for Jameson round about this time!

Jameson 12 Year-Old 1780 1990 Bottling

Glass - 35.5ml€20.00

An old Jameson 12 year from the 1980s. This could be from the Bow St era, but the old Powers distillery and new Midleton also made whiskey destined for Jameson round about this time!

Jameson 12 Year-Old Distillery Reserve

Glass - 35.5ml€12.95

A richly flavoured blend that was exclusively available to visitors at the Bow St distillery. A higher proportion of sherry cask ageing gives this greater weight and depth than the standard 12 year old.

Jameson 12 Year-Old Distillery Reserve Midleton

Glass - 35.5ml€12.95

A richly flavoured blend that was exclusively available to visitors at the Old Midleton distillery. A higher proportion of sherry cask ageing gives this greater weight and depth than the standard 12 year old.

Jameson 12 Year-Old Special Reserve

Glass - 35.5ml€17.50

Sherry richness with dried fruits, nutty flavour, mild woody undertones and some cocoa. The finish is warm and long lasting.

Jameson 15 Year-Old Limited Edition

Glass - 35.5ml€50.00

A rich, heavy pot still Jameson from the late 1990s. This harks back to the old style Dublin whiskey which are sadly long gone.

Jameson 15 Year-Old Special Reserve

Glass - 35.5ml€25.00

Quite possibly one of our favourite Jameson whiskeys ever made. A classic pot still style - rich, oily and spicy in flavour!

Jameson 18 Year-Old Limited Reserve Old Label

Glass - 35.5ml€22.00

Thick and oily with a pronounced pot still character. Hard to believe this is a blend. Flavours of Christmas cake, juicy tropical fruits, honey, and chocolate/mocha.

Jameson 27 Year-Old 1963 Cadenhead Bottling

Glass - 35.5ml€200.00

Tasting Measure - 2cl €49.95

The oldest Jameson (in barrel years) that we have ever seen. This is most likely unblended pot still whiskey, however we can't be sure. Bottled for the 150th anniversary of Cadenhead bottlers.
