Cooley's grain is amongst the best in the world, just ask whisky writers like Jim Murray of Whisky Bible fame and Ralfy from ralfy.com. When Beam took over at Cooley, it was rebranded as Kilbeggan. The 10-year-old single cask was released in Belgium after being laid down in 2000. It has the typical ripe banana associated with Cooley's grain whiskey, well rounded after 10 years in the cask.

We're really getting into some well-matured grain whiskey with this one. Just 300 bottles were extracted from first fill bourbon barrels to give us this rich, creamy Irish single grain.
