A Bushmills single malt specially selected by former Master Distillery Frank McHardy for Whiskies of the World. This beautifully rich malt was distilled in 1984 and matured in a first fill sherry hogshead. It has wonderful notes of vanilla and almond and a long, satisfying finish.

A peated single malt bottled from the Cooley distillery bottled by Cadenhead. (1992-2003) Limited to 234 bottles. Soft yet persistent peat smoke with some slight medicinal tones. The finish is short but sweet with lovely hints of green apples and boiled sweets.

From Cadenhead's highly sought after range of single cask Cooleys, this 14-year-old bourbon cask single malt is a cracker, assuming you like punchy peat and bags of fruit. Just 222 bottles at 58.7% abv were bottled back in 2006. These Cooleys are getting better and better with age, with the citrus notes becoming more tropical.

Limited to just 210 bottles. Distilled in 1992 and bottled in July 2013, Bourbon matured. An ashy smoke upfront but the smoke turns into a wet damp smoke somewhere in the centre. Lots of ground herb and some bitter orange peel, mango and watermelon. Extremely interesting.
