Co-created by musician and artist Bob Dylan, the Heaven's Door Straight Rye breaks with tradition by finishing in toasted 'Cigar Barrels', air-dried in the low-lying mountain region of Vosges, France. Resulting in a smoother, more approachable rye whiskey with flavours of orange peel, coriander and spice.

A unique mash bill from Tennessee, this bourbon utilises 30% 'small grains' to complement the character imparted by American oak barrels. Resulting in smooth and lasting notes of vanilla and baked bread layered over a bed of toasted oak.

Bourbon matured before being finishing in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. Mouth-filling and viscous. Lots of juicy fruit to start which then evolves into dried vine fruits, dates and caramel flavours. Some warm, spicy oak adds a peppery note, which persists to the finish.
