From County Limerick to the rolling hills of Killarney, the Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder are delighted to announce a rather impressive Spring Menu created by their new chef, Jason Nolan.
Joining an already well-established team including Darrel Poolman, chef at the Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder, we considerit a great compliment to have Jason Nolan on board. He has extensive experience in the industry; climbing the ladder as a kitchen porter to working in a number of fine dining establishments as well as being a finalist in 2017 and 2018 for Ireland's Best Young Chef.
French culinary techniques and using the best of local Irish produce inspire him the most; whether it be rich venison in the Autumn or fresh vegetables in the Spring. He assures us that it is the seasonality that makes the food taste so exquisite — in keeping with our values at Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder — and we can't wait to see what he's got in-store. And we hope you can't either!
