FOUR OF IRELAND'S TOP YOUNG CHEFS RUN A FUNDRAISER NIGHT AT THE CELTIC WHISKEY BAR & LARDER
An exclusive tasting menu evening on Monday 14th September, 7pm
For one night and only night only, the Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder will host an exclusive tasting menu on Monday 14th September at 7pm composed by four of Ireland's top young chefs. Attendees will have the opportunity to try the best of Irish produce from four of Ireland's finest young chefs, along with exquisitely paired wine pairings from Celtic Whiskey Shop & Wines on the Green.
The evening will be organised and catered by highly acclaimed chefs; Jason Nolan of Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder in Killarney, Conor Halpenny of The Square in Dundalk, Dan Guerin of Cush in Ballycotton and Andrew Ryan, formerly of Ashford Castle Hotel in Mayo. Three out of the four chefs have all been winners or finalists of Euro-Toques Chef of the Year — Ireland's premier culinary competition which celebrates Ireland's young culinary talents. In addition, Pastry Chef Andrew Ryan was named a finalist at the Valrhone Patisserie Championship in 2019.
Tickets are priced at €100 and includes a cocktail on arrival by General Manager Luke Crowley Holland of Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder, four dinner courses from four renowned chefs with wine pairings donated by the Celtic Whiskey Shop & Wines on the Green as well as canapes and petit fours. The majority of the proceeds from the evening will be donated to local service, Kerry Specialist Palliative Care unit, a service which provides excellent holistic care for patients, their families and loved ones.
Tickets are available from Wednesday 19th August and must be purchased in advance from Head of Marketing Julie Christie, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest. Only 30 tickets are available and the majority of the proceeds with be donted to the Kerry Specialist Palliative Care unit; with all staff on the night volunteering, many generous suppliers sponsoring food and the Celtic Whiskey Shop & Wines on the Green Managing Director Alistair Alpine donating all the wines to accompany the dinner courses.
